All of our mattresses ship brand new sealed from factory and does require a period for your body to get used to. With time, our memory foam will start to be more responsive to your body weight and temperature and will start to feel more natural.

The odor will dissipate within a week. We recommend leaving the windows open for quicker ventilation. The odor is natural and unharmful. All of our foam mattresses are CERTIPUR-US.

Yes, Due to the heavy nature of our memory foam mattresses, we recommend using wide wooden slats for the ultimate support.

Majority of our customers enjoy a cool nights sleep. That's why we designed the CoolBreeze gel TM technology, it will keep memory foam cooler significantly cooler than the standard memory foam. A layer of air flow also allows air to flow through the mattress instead of heat getting trapped inside. If you are still sleeping hot, we recommend using less covers and thin bed sheets.
