MATTRESSES ONLY

Dynasty Mattress offers a 120 day to return for a partial refund of 80% to cover return costs. (If fully expanded and no product defect issues | if defective then we will gladly either replace or full refund for mattresses only

The customer is responsible for the packaging, shipping costs and freighting it back to our warehouse. Customer is at liberty to use any means to ship back to us.

You may cancel an order any time prior to processing. You may return any of your products for a full refund (not including fees for shipping, White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional value) subject to the terms and conditions for returns for each of our products.

Promotional Items Included With Mattress Purchase: If you wish to return your mattress, you may either keep, return, donate, or dispose of the promotional items included with your mattress purchase. The value of all promotional items included with your mattress purchase will not be deducted from the total value of the mattress return, regardless of the above option you choose to exercise. Due to the nature of our promotional products, we cannot physically receive opened and/or used products; however, if your promotional items are used and/or opened and you do not want them, you may donate or dispose of them at your preference and convenience. We currently accept returns of unopened promotional products at this time.

Unless a product exchange is requested due to a manufacturing defect, exchanges are processed as return and refund requests as described herein. After returning the product to be exchanged, you may place an order for the replacement product. You may only request one exchange (after the 120 day trial period it would be a 40% off discount for the exchange). No refunds will be given for fees for shipping options/white glove service

 

BASES ONLY

All Adjustable Beds are considered final sale items. Please refer to manufacturer warranty.

Mattresses purchased with Adjustable Base set will be refunded at the discounted amount.

All refunds will be issued upon receiving the shipment and the warehouse inspects the returned item.

We recommend giving it a a few weeks to a month to allow your body to fully disperse the years of muscle tension (especially if it is your first time on a Gel Mattress). However our amazing customer service team is here to help you as well!

Yes, we highly recommend having a foundation as keeping any mattress on the floor for long periods of time will start to build mold, Good News is that our Dynasty Beds can be used with any foundation!

The weight is dependent on the size and thickness of the mattress, however they are generally 30-100 pounds and comes compressed and vacuum sealed neatly into a compact box, making it a breeze to move around the house!

Not necessarily, as all of our mattresses have an easy access cover zipper to machine wash the covers, But we do suggest rotating the mattress every 1-3 years to maintain it's peak performance!
