We ship all mattress, pillows, foundation, and accessory orders with FedEx ground shipping for FREE, with items typically arriving in 3-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US.

All mattresses come rolled and compressed.

We are sorry, we do not ship to Alaska/Hawaii.

We do not ship to PO addresses.


White Glove Delivery

We offer White Glove Service for adjustable base orders only if stated in listing. We will bring them to your home, set them up for you, and remove the packing materials.

In addition, we offer Removal Service for an additional $85 for adjustable base orders only. We will take away your existing mattress/bed. Please inquire within to add this service.

Delivery time varies, depending on the distance from one of our delivery hubs to your home. Average delivery is 1-2 weeks, depending on your location from the time of purchase. We can help you track your order anytime, just email us at customerservice@dynastymattress.com.

Typically, our carriers will contact you once your order gets closer to the destination to schedule an appointment for delivery. Please leave a good contact number and email for us.
